Except as otherwise provided in section 7, discharging the Anchal Sabha and the Committees constituted by the ander this Act shall discharge their functions in gzcnel accordance with the resolutions duly recorded at a meeting of the Anchal Sabha or the respective Committees, as the case may be- Powersand
