(1) No door, gate, bar or ground floor a opening window shall, without a licence from the Anchal eutward. Executive Officer of the Anchal Sasan in which such road is vested, be hung or placed so as to open q outwards upon any public road. (2) The Anchal Executive Officer may by notice, require the owner of such door, ga e, bar or window to alter it in such a manner that no part thereof when | open shall project over the public road. 118 Bemevalof > 205.
