(1) No person shall be eligible for employ- ont, Bont in any Anchal Sasan if he has directly or indirectly any share or interest in any work done by order of an Anchal Sasan or in any contract with or under an Anchal Sasan, either anywhere within the State in the case of appointments to the Anchal Cadre or within the district in the case of any other appointment or was discharged for misconduct or was dismissed from Government service or from the service of a Local authority or an Anchal Sasan. (2) If any employee of an Anchal Sasan acquires directly or indirectly any such share or interest as aforesaid he shall thereupon become disqualified to continue in office.
