For clause (c) of section 1 of the Act Aot, 1951. the following shall be substituted, namely :— * (c) It shall come into force in any area as soon as the area is declared an Anchal under section 4 of the Orissa Anchal Sagan Act, 1955. 2.The following shall be inserted as clause (a) (#) of section 2, namely :~ “« (a)(¢) Anchal, Anchai Sabha and Anchat Sasan shaJl have the same meanings as in the Orissa Anchal Sasan Act, 1955 ”.
