Confiscation or destruction of opium and things seized. :- Any opium or other thing liable to confiscation under the provisions of the Opium Act, 1878, or any other law for the time being in force relating to opium, or any apparatus for preparation of opium or for opium smoking seized in accordance with the provisions of this Act shall be confiscated or destroyed.
