In the Odisha Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), in section 2, for clause (k), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:— Odisha Act, 4 of 2007. Short title and commence- ment. 2 “(k) ‘Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)’ means an entrance test as may be decided by the Government for all professional educational Institutions, for determination of merit of the candidates followed by centralized counselling for the purpose of admission to such institutions through a single window system;”.
