(1) IF any difficulty arises in giving effect lo the provisions of this Act or the remwt rules, regdationa, scheme or order9 made thereunder, the State Government may by dirscultlw* order published in the Gazette, make such provision not inconsistent with the provi- sions of this Act as appears to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty. . (2) Every order made under this section s h d , as swn as possible after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature. J Prcadnm
