(1) The Controller of Examinations shall be appointed by the Board from amongst the Readers of the other University or Readers of the Odisha Education Service for a period of 3 (three) years and shall be a whole-time officer of the University. (3) The Controller of Examination shall be in-charge of conduct of examinations of the University and matters relating thereto and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statute or as Ordinance or may be required by the Vice-Chancellor.
