( 1 ) This Act XULY h called the Orissa (Non.-shon iitl* ! Tradingl Companies Act, 1959. extent c~maan~b and m t . (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Orissa. (3) This Act shall be deemed to have mme into force on the 1st day of April. 1956. (Q) lit shall apply to a company as defined in ststion 2 of this Act.
