(1) Any other person from the Board of Governors or trust as President and his powers nominated by the President shall be the Vice-President of the University; (2) In absence of the President, the Vice-President shall perform all such functions and exercise all such powers of the President as specified in Section 14; (3) In the absence of the President, the Vice-President shall preside over the meetings of Board of Governors. (4) The Vice-President of the University shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as delegated to him by the Board of Governors and conferred on him by this Act or the Statutes made thereunder. ;::r:g:fim
