Finance Officer. – (1) There shall be a Finance Officer of the University who shall monitor and regulate the finances of the University. (2) The Finance Officer shall be appointed in the same manner as in the case of the Registrar having such qualification as may be prescribed in the regulations: Provided that the Vice-Chancellor shall, in consultation with the State Government, appoint the first Finance Officer of the University.
