In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "collection" means only collection within Dthitions the State of Orissa of any money or vaIuabIe thing ; (b) "Fund" means the National Defence ~ u n d created by the Central Government for purposes relating to the defence of India and any of the branches of the said Fund in operation within the State of Orissa including the National Defence Fund (Orissa Branch) created by the State Government.
