Status of Personnel and Salary:— (1) The employees appointed under any service constituted under the Act shall be ULB employees. (2) The Urban Local Bodies concerned shall be responsible to meet the salaries, allowances and other financial benefits of the personnel posted in the Urban Local Bodies. 5
