Notice to be given by scavenger of intention to withdraw from service :– (1) No scavenger, or any other servant of the municipality employed to remove or deal with filth, offensive matter on the rubbish shall without the permission of the municipality, withdraw from the duties unless he gives to the Executive Officer in writing six weeks’ previous notice stating his intention so to withdraw and he shall not withdraw within fourteen days of giving such notice.
