No acts of municipality to be invalidated by infirmity :– No act of a Municipality or of a Committee thereof or by any person acting as President, Chairperson, Vice-chairperson 1[* * *] or Councillor of such Municipality or member of such Committee shall be deemed to be invalid by reason only of a defect in the establishment of such Council or Committee, or on the ground that the President, Chairperson, Vice- chairperson 1[* * *] or any Councillor of such Municipality or member of such Committee was not entitled to hold or continue in such office by reason of any disqualification or by reason of any irregularity in his election or appointment or by reason of such act having been done during the period of any vacancy in the office of Chairperson, Vice- chairperson 1[* * *] or Councillor of such municipality or member of such Committee.
