Withdrawal of sections expressly extended by State Government :– Where specific provision is made in any section of this Act for its being extended by the State Government to any municipality the State Government may at any time by order withdraw any section they may thus have extended from operation in such municipality and such section shall cease to have effect in the said municipality from the date of such order. –––––––– CHAPTER - XXX MISCELLANEOUS
