Decision of disputes not otherwise provided for :– If any dispute for the decision of which this Act does not otherwise provide, arises between two or more local authorities or between a local authority or authorities and municipal authority or authorities the matter shall be referred to the State Government and the decision of the State Government upon the matter so referred shall be final and binding.
