Executive Officer’s power to summon parties :– The Executive Officer may summon any person to appear him or the Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, 1[* * *], Councillor or a Committee and to give evidence or produce documents, as the case may be, in respect of any question relating to a taxation or to the grant of any licence or permission under the provisions of this Act.
