Municipality may contribute to cost of maintenance of dispensary or hospital outside municipal area :– A municipality may contribute such annual or other sum as may be agreed upon towards cost of establishment or maintenance of any dispensary or hospital (allopathic or otherwise) which is situated outside the municipal area but is generally used by the inhabitants of the municipality.
