Prohibition of use of public places or sides of public road as cart-stand :– Where the municipality has provided a public landing place, halting place or cart- stand, the Executive Officer may, with the approval of the municipality prohibit the use for the same purpose by any person within such distance thereof, as may be prescribed, of any public place or the sides of any public road.
