Appeal against orders under Section 297 :– Any person aggrieved by an order of the municipality under sub-section (3) of Section 297 may appeal against such order to the prescribed authority within thirty days of the date thereof, and pending the disposal of such appeal the Chairperson of the municipality may, if he thinks fit, suspend the execution of the order appealed against.
