Power of the Executive Officer to enter factory, workshop or work place :– (1) Subject to the provision of inspection in any other laws for the time being in force, the Executive Officer or any person authorised by him in this behalf may enter any factory, workshop or work-place– (a) at any time between sunrise and sunset; and (b) at any time by day or by night, if he has reason to believe that any offence is being committed against Section 291 or Section 292.
