Appeal against orders of Executive Officer :– Any person aggrieved by the Orders of the Executive Officer made under any of th provisions of this Chapter may, within thirty days from the date of the order, appeal to the municipality. 2[274-A. Levy of development charges :– (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, a municipality may, with the previous sanction of
