Saving of acts done by a Councillor before his election is set aside :– Where a candidate, who has been elected to be 1[* * *] a Councillor of a municipality, is declared by the Tribunal not to have been duly elected, acts done by him in execution of the office, before the time when the decision is certified to the municipality, shall not be invalidated by reason of that declaration.
