Permission for construction of latrine or urinal near road, tank or water-course :– No person shall, without the permission of the municipality– (i) construct a latrine or urinal with a door or trap-door opening on to any road or drain; (ii) construct or keep any latrine, urinal, cess-pool, house drain or receptacle for sewage or other offensive matter within fifty feet of any public tank or water-course or tank or water-course which the inhabitants of any locality use.
