Prohibition against keeping filth on premises too long :– No owner or occupier of any premises shall keep or allow to be kept for more than twenty-four hours any filth on such premises or any building or on the roof thereof in any out-building or place belonging thereto, or fail to comply with any requisition of the Health Officer as to the construction, repair, paving or cleaning of any latrine on or belonging to his premises.
