Prohibition against making connection with mains without permission :– (1) No person shall, without the permission of the municipality make any connection with any municipal cable, wire pipe, drain or channel or with the house connection of any other person. (2) The Executive Officer may by notice require any connection made in contravention of sub-section (1), to be demolished, removed, closed, altered, or remade.
