Power of Executive Officer to supply water for non-domestic purpose at rates fixed by Municipality :– (1) The Executive Officer may supply water for any purpose, other than domestic consumption and use, on receiving a written application, specifying the purpose for which such a supply is required and the quantity likely to be consumed. (2) For all water supplied under sub-section (1) payment shall be made at such rates as may be determined and on such conditions as shall be imposed by the municipality by general or special order.
