Government’s power to add to function of municipality :– The State Government may with the consent of a municipality, make over to the municipality, subject to such conditions, as may be agreed upon, the management of any institution or the execution or maintenance of any work or the exercise of any power or the performance of any duty, not provided for in this Act.
