Sanction of budget estimate :– (1) After the expiration of the said fourteen days and after such revision, as may appear requisite, the municipality shall sanction the estimate. (2) Copies of the estimate as sanctioned, shall be submitted forthwith and not later than such dates as may be prescribed, to the State Government through such authority as the State Government may direct.
