Particulars to be included in the budget :– (1) The budget estimate shall contain such particulars as may be prescribed. (2) In such estimate the municipality shall among other things– (a) provide for the payment as they fall due of all instalments of principal and interest for which the municipality may be liable in respect of loans contracted by it;
