Muhammedan Registrar to keep registers. - Every Muhammedan Registrar shall keep up the following books of register namely : Book I-Register of Marriages 1[including marriages of women who have effected a divorce of the kind known as Talaq-i-tafweez,] in the Form 'A' contained in the Schedule. Book II-Register of Divorces other than those of the kind known as Khula 1[or Talaq-i-tafweez] in the Form 'B' contained in the Schedule.
