(1) Every Registrar of Births add ' Deaths Notice of death and , who receives notice ofthe deathofany perso? whose removal of name he knows to' have been entered iri the register, name from shall forthwith transmit by post to the Registrar a Ihb Ttgik8*- certificate of su'ch death, signed by him and stating ' particul&rs of the time and place of death. (2)~Onreceiptofsuch ceMcate or any oth& reliable information regarding ,such death, the Rkgistrar shall remove the name of the . deceased person from the register.
