The- Council may direct- (a) that the .name of any registered practi- tioner- (i) who has been sentenced b y any court for ' any oon-bailable, offehce, such sentence not having ' been subsequently r.evvrse or quashed; or (ii) whom the Council after due enquiry - conducted as provided in cIause (b) - of section 20, have found guilty by a majority ' .of two-thirds of the members 'pr~ent and votitg at the meeting, of ,an ififarnous conduct in his profession ; - . be removed from the. register of registered practitioners or that ther ptactitioner be . , : warned ; and (b) that any name so removed be afterwards .re-entered in the register : Provided . that the, disqualification under sub- - +- clause (i) of. clause (a) may be removed by the State - G~vernment..by-anorder madeinthat bebar. + E K O C ~ O ~ ' 28. .(I) A registerid practitioner whose name has been removed from the register under clause (a)- of egistar. section 27 shall forthwith sutrender his certificate of registration to the Registrar and the name so- removed shall be published in the Gazette.. . .
