(1) There shall be an Executive Committee Cornmifin. of the Council .which shall perform such functions . . . . as may be delegated to it by the Collncil. (2) h he Executive Committee shall consist of the President and the V-ice-President and.three other members to be elected by the Council. (3) The President and the Vice-President of the Council shall be the President and the Vice- President respectively of the Executive Committee. (4) The term of office of an elected member of the Executive Committee shall be one year from the date of 'his election' but subject to his being a member of the Council he shall be eligibIe for re- election to the Executive Committee. (5) No business shall be transacted at any meeting of the Executive Committee unless at least three members are present.
