Whoever fails to comply with any order issued under section 27, 28 or 29 or any condition imposed under section 31 shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees and, where the contravention or failure continues, with further fine which may extend to five hundred rupees for each subsequent day during which such contravention or failure continues.
