No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Board or any member or employee thereof in respect of anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done under this Act or any rule or regulation made there-under, or for any damage sustained by any vessel in consequence of any defect in any of the mooring, hawsers or other things belonging to, or under the control of, the Board.
