(1) The Odisha Lokpal and Lokayuktas Act, 1995 is hereby repealed. (2) On such repeal, every inquiry, investigation and other proceedings together with record thereof, relating to allegation of corruption pending under the Act so repealed, shall stand transferred to the Lokayukta immediately on the date of establishment of such Lokayukta under sub-section (1) of section 3 and shall be dealt in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
