(1) This Act may be called the Odisha Lokayukta Act, 2014. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Odisha. (3) It shall be applicable to the public servants of the State of Odisha serving in and outside the State and the public servants under the control of Government of Odisha. Short title, extent, application and commencement. 2 (4) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
