The State Government may 'call for andRe-6 examine the record of any order or the proceeding of any officer nr the person duly authorised under thjs Act for the purpose of satisfying themselves as to the legality and propriety of any order passed avd as to the regularity of the proceedings of such ofimr, TIM ORISSA LIVESTOCK (Sec. 20) or person.
