- S. 2Section amends the salary and allowances of the Odisha Legislative Assembly Speaker as per the 1998 amendment.

- S. 5Section 5 provides that the Speaker is entitled to a furnished residence or a house rent allowance for his term and 15 days after.

- S. 7Section 7 provides the Speaker of the Odisha Legislative Assembly with allowances for travel, transport, and rail/road coupons for official duties.
