Administration of Urban Poor Welfare Fund. — (1) The Fund shall be applied for creation of urban infrastructure in the slums in the Urban Local Body and incidental expenses relating to its operation and maintenance. (2) The Fund shall be administered by a sub-committee of such members of the Committee as may be determined by the Chairperson of the Committee.
