Power to make regulations in respect of the Board.- The Board shall, from time to time, make regulations to provide for the date, time, place, notice, conduct and adjournment of their meetings subject to the following conditions : (a) ordinary meeting shall be held once at least in every three months; (b) the President shall have power to call special meetings; (c) the quorum in a meeting shall be five; (d) the proceedings of the meetings of the Board shall be forwarded to State Government in the department concerned.
