(1) No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer or other employees of the University for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act., the Statutes or the Rules. (2) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall be a bar for filing suits, prosecutions or other legal proceedings for anything done in contravention of the provisions of this Act. and the Rules or Statutes made thereunder and any other law for the time being in force.
