Appeals :– Save as provided for in this Act and rules made thereunder an appeal shall lie against every order passed by an Irrigation Officer or any officer duly authorised by such Irrigation Officer or the Collector under Chapters II,III, IV and V of this Act to the Collector or the Commissioner respectively within thirty days of the date of the order appealed against.
