(1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Board in such manner, on such emoluments and on such other conditions of service, as may be prescribed. (2) The Registrar shall have the power to enter into agreement, sign documents and authenticate records on behalf of the Institute and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions, as may be prescribed.
