These Rules shall regulate the accounting procedure relating to the “Baristha Bunakar Sahayata Yojana’’(BBSY). (a) Both, the Directorate and Zonal Office shall maintain a Sanction Register in respective prescribed format. (b) The expenditure shall be debited to the appropriate units under respective Demand.
