Sanction of Assistance: The Director of Textiles, on receipt of applications shall examine them within 30 days. He/she may either sanction payment of assistance or reject the applications with reasons of rejection or seek clarification on any of the points in doubt. Clarifications to be complied within 15 days by the concerned Zonal Office. The sanction order in Form No BBSY-IV shall be maintained by the Directorate along with full particulars of the beneficiary.
