Appointment of salaried Executive Officer :– (a) For every institution or a group of institutions under the direct control of the State Government the Commissioner shall, as soon as may be, appoint a salaried Executive Officer who shall be a person professing the Hindu religion. (b) The salary and allowance of the Executive Officer as determined by the Commissioner shall be paid from the fund of the Religious institutions concerned.
