Fixing of standard scales of expenditure - (1) The Trustee of every Math or specific endowment attached to a Math may, from time to time, submit to 1[the Commissioner] proposals, for fixing the scale of expenditure in the institution and the amounts which should be allotted to the various objects or ceremonies connected with the Institution or the proportions in which the income or other property of the institution may be applied to such objects or ceremonies. (2) The Trustee shall publish such proposals at the premises of the Math and in such other manner as 1[the Commissioner] may direct, together with a notice stating that, within one month from the date of such publication, any person having interest may submit suggestions to him.
